The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

I SAWWIE! I've been doing other stuff, like school. Currently I'm on my winter break, so I've been working like nuts. Facking retail.
I'm going to start shooting again soon though for my portfolio and stuff that's due April 1st. I'm going to Europe in March! Hitting up various cities in Italy, and then Paris and Amsterdam for a few days apiece. It's going to be awesome!
I'm going to be so broke. *cries* I'm also contemplating buying a 10-20 for total wide angle to bring with me because I love that lens (and the shots I'd get with it). Or you know, I can probably borrow it from work for the two weeks and save myself some $600.
